Gently apply to wrists, temples and even the bottoms of your feet. Keep in your bag, pocket, or desk so that you can apply when you need it the most.

Apply every 20 minutes for the first hour and then once an hour after, or apply as needed.  The healing properties linger on long after the aroma fades.

To fully benefit from the healing properties massage into the following reflexology and pressure points: lower scapha (ear), earlobe, fingertips, lower thumbs, between lower knuckles (front of hand), tips of toes, big toe, little toe and along spine.
