Gently apply to wrists, temples and even the bottoms of your feet. Keep in your bag, pocket, or desk so that you can apply when you need it the most.

Apply every 4 to 6 hours or as needed. The healing properties linger on long after the aroma fades.

To fully benefit from the healing properties massage into the following reflexology and pressure points: the bottom and side of heels and along spine.
