100ml water 3-5 drops EO
200ml water 6-10 drops EO
300ml water 11-15 drops EO
400ml water 16-20 drops EO
500ml water 21-25 drops EO
Dilution guide for topical use:
1% (2-5 years & elderly) 2 drops EO per 2tsp/10ml oil or cream
2% (6-10 years & pregnant) 4 drops EO per 2tsp/10ml oil or cream
5% (+11 years, mild daily) 10 drops EO per 2tsp/10ml oil or cream
10% (+11 years, strong daily) 20 EO per 2tsp/10ml oil or cream
20% (+11 years, targeted concern) 40 EO per 2tsp/10ml oil or cream
