RETURN + CANCELLATION POLICY

Your business is important to us! At Gypsy Rose Holistic excellent customer service is our number one concern. This includes double checking your order and packaging everything carefully. Occasionally accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please let us know right away so that we may correct the problem.

To notify of damage or missing items, you can contact us at hello@gypsyroseholistic.com. We will happily replace any damaged or missing items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping.

Due to the nature of our products we can NOT accept returns, all sales are final.

However, we do accept cancellations. Kindly inform us at hello@gypsyroseholistic.com within 24 hours of your purchase and we cancel order and refund (shipping and taxes not included).
